  • Sisters Flower Haus Too delivers both locally to our store and world wide utilizing our network of florists. Orders for Same-Day delivery must be placed by 2pm est. Orders placed after the same-day cut off time will not be delivered until the following business day. Orders that are already in route to the delivery address or orders that have been custom made are not able to be cancelled and no refunds will be given.

    Sisters Flower Haus Too is dedicated to making certain a gift is received by your recipient for their special occasion or event. With this being the case, we may need to substitute the keepsake or flowers in order to make certain your recipient has a gift delivered on your behalf.


    Due to flower availability, Sisters Flower Haus Too reserves the right to substitute colors, vases, florwers and other needed measures to guarantee the delivery of your order.

     

    Delivery times are the following....

    Going to a School or University - Arrangement will arrive by 2pm

    Going to a church or funeral home - Arrangement will arrive one hour or sooner before viewing.

    Going to a business - Arrangement will arrive by 5pm

    Going to a residence - Arrangement will arrive by 7pm

     

    *During holidays and peak periods, arrangement times may vary. Please order well in advance. If you need  a special time for delivery, please call us direct so we can assist you with placing the order.

    Return Policy:

    We are so sure that you will love our freshness behind the products we offer that we have a seven day guarantee on all our fresh flowers. If in the event your arrangement does not hold for atleast seven days... please contact us and we will make it right.

     

    Cancel an Order:

    Once and order has been placed on our truck for delivery, we are un able to cancel the order. If in the event you ordered a special arrangement or a customized look, we will be unable to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel an order please call us 24 hours in advance. We will only be able to cancel orders by phone.
